I’m a Certified and Licensed Lactation Consultant, Community Health Worker, and a local mom of three. As a former midwife and birth doula, I support birthing parents through pregnancy, the immediate postpartum period, and beyond with warmth and practical care. I strive to offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support that honors your needs, values, and feeding goals.
I combine up-to-date clinical knowledge with hands-on assessment and clear, practical teaching so you leave each visit feeling more confident and informed. Whether you’re establishing breastfeeding in those early days, troubleshooting pain or low supply, returning to work and learning pumping strategies, or preparing during pregnancy, I’ll work with you to create an individualized plan that fits your life. I’m here to listen, guide, and cheer you on every step of the way.
Background and qualifications:
International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2019 providing lactation services to hundreds of families through the local Health Department/WIC program
Degree in Midwifery and a background in clinical care as a licensed Midwife and birth Doula
Community Health Worker with a decade of experience working as a Perinatal Care Coordinator in maternal-child public health programs
Completed Postpartum Support International Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care training
Ongoing continuing education in lactation management, and perinatal mental health
