Insurance Coverage Details

++We are currently in process of contracting directly with Pacific Source, Blue Cross Blue Sheild and Moda.

We partner with The Lactation Network and Wildflower, whose insurers usually cover up to six lactation consults at 100%, including:

  • Anthem-Virtual consults only

  • United Healthcare

OHP/Medicaid

We take OHP DMAP (Open card) and currently in process of contracting directly with Pacific Source and Eastern Oregon CCO’s. Lactation services are covered at 100% for Medicaid members.

Self-Pay

Latch & Attach Lactation Services offers affordable self-pay rates and can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Contact us to learn more about pricing and payment options.

Initial In-home: $ 195

Follow-up In-home: $ 170

Initial Virtual: $ 125

Follow-up Virtual: $ 100

Be Prepared Package

Prepare for breastfeeding with expert support before and after your baby's arrival. Whether you're a first-time or experienced parent, this package provides guidance through pregnancy, birth, and the first 12 weeks postpartum to help you meet your feeding goals.

Includes:

  • 1 prenatal consultation (recommended at 28–34 weeks)

  • 1 initial postpartum consultation

  • 2 postpartum follow-up visits (4 visits total)

  • Unlimited phone, email, and text support throughout the first 12 weeks after delivery

Investment:

$660 self-pay rate


Rapid Relief Package

Get fast, expert support when feeding challenges can't wait. Designed for parents facing urgent breastfeeding concerns, this package provides immediate guidance and priority scheduling to help you and your baby get back on track quickly.

Includes:

  • One 15-minute urgent phone consultation

  • Priority scheduling for an initial lactation consultation within 24–48 hours

  • 2 follow-up visits (3 in-person/virtual visits total, plus the phone call)

  • Phone, email, and text support between visits

Investment:

Eligible for Insurance Coverage

$500 self-pay rate


Boost Package

Designed for babies with poor weight gain or a diagnosis of failure to thrive, this package provides close monitoring, personalized feeding support, and coordinated care to help your baby grow while giving you confidence every step of the way.

Includes:

  • 1 initial lactation consultation

  • 3 weekly or biweekly follow-up visits with weight checks (4 visits total)

  • Communication and care coordination with your baby's healthcare provider, as needed

  • Phone, email, and text support between visits

Investment:

Eligible for Insurance Coverage

$635 self-pay rate
